Guy gets pulled over by cop police officer who happens to be his friend. He tells his friend to not smile and not to laugh. His friend tries to be serious and gives him an entire speech and both of them start laughing even though his friend asks him for all of his information. At the end he gives him a piece of paper with a fake ticket.
