Man breaks back dislocate rib riding down bike on hill

My break disk got too hot and break stopped working so I had no way of stopping, hit a compression and flew, Im doing fine rn but broke my back and dislocated my rib. Man riding down a hill on his bike, but lost control of the breaks flew and rolls all the way down breaking his back and dislocating his ribs
