Weird form like tail caught on CCTV

Yesterday at around 6:17 PM I captured footage this weird Smoke/Gas-like thing in my CCTV Cameras. I asked all my friends, family and even online communities and Apparently no one knows what it is and I think it would be cool to submit here even though spooky season just ended.
