My grandparents are Mexican immigrants from Michoacán, Mexico. They had all of their 9 kids in Mexico and the 10th one here in the US. My grandparents have 44 grandkids. And 20 great grandchildren. We are all so so very close and my grandparents are turning 80 this year and we wanted to make this reality happen for them. Some of my cousins usually sleep over once a week just to keep them company so it wasn’t unusual for them to let me sleep over. But once everyone was coming in and saw who was sleeping over. It made their entire night. This experience was honestly so memorable and a great bonding time with my cousins and grandparents. We love our grandparents to death. 🩷
