My 10 year old found old brooms and was using the sticks of the brooms to make a fort in the living room. I saw that he kept playing with them and I asked him to stop before he gets hurt. He said I promise I won’t get hurt. Literally just a couple minutes later, I hear a scream and he did in fact hurt himself. I watched our inside camera and he was playing with the stick and one went in the air and then it hit the fan which then hit his face. He was perfectly fine and even laughed at his epic fail of himself. He learned his lesson and said he will start to listen to me when I give him a warning about accidentally hurting himself.
