The heart glows green when visualized with a laser, the change in the middle of the clip is a switch from a laser to a regular light, which allows you to see the blood flow and more details of the embryo

    Blood. This is a video of me donating red blood cells and them putting the plasma back into my body. The dark red color on the tube becomes light colored. A interesting fact is that when they put it back into my body, It was room temperature. So it made me feel cold.
