Bird stands on ring buoy on sailing boat
Hi. this is a young bird. Its nest was in a part of the mast of our boat and we went on the lake thinking that the whole nest is empty (we knew that the birds had hatched for some time so we figured that they all left). However, this one was still in there and came out while we were on the lake. It didnt know where to go, presumably because it was not yet a really good flyer, and hence it just sat on the back of the boat. The whole thing had a happy end, because it remained there until we were back in the harbor and his parents came back to the nest quickly afterward and they reunited. Thought it could be something to be included in one of your videos :) Best,
