Guy shows water droplet swirls inside pan
In another video about how to make a steel pan non-stick there was a tip to check if the pan was hot enough. You should pour a little water in the pan, and if it spreads out in small bubbles instead of boiling on the spot, the pan is perfectly warm. The reason is that small bubbles form underneath the water, which lets the bubbles "float" across the the pan.
But this time the water did not spread into small bubbles, but instead stayed in one larger bubble. That bubble then slid across the pan for a long long time with almost no resistance. To me and my sons great amusement.
Thanks for all your great content! It is a family favourite, and often used as a "prize" for good behaviour, or after hard hockey-practice.
