I am an American (From Arkansas) but I lived in the city of La Paz, Bolivia for some time. This is the music/sound that garbage trucks played when driving. I found it very unique! It sounds like what ice cream trucks sound like here in the U.S. I thought you would find it interesting!

These two guys (instaboys as we nicknamed them) did this for 3 days at every view point on the Bolivian salt flat tour. They were hilarious . A man in a black shirt walks to the camera, looking away, in front of Dakar Bolivia statue.
