That wasp is slowly taking away my fence. she uses her mandibles to scrape bits of wood fibers. She then breaks the wood fibers down in her mouth, using saliva and water to weaken them. Thats how she makes soft paper pulp for building the nest. Black and yellow bee stands on the grey wood fence and digs at it using its horn antennae. Day time, backyard, sunny, bug, insect, outdoors.
