I was riding my bike home on Bushwick Avenue and just saw a foot dangling from the trunk of a car and thought to myself "wtf". Either this was an accident or the person did this as a type of mobile Halloween decoration. Either way I thought it was hilarious so once I got to a red light (safety first) I decided to capture the moment to put on my ig story. Wish the dude or chicks tints werent so dark so I could have gotten a shot of the driver, not on some creepy s**t though lol.
