The clip shows a Water Caltrop or Water Chestnut. It's shape is unusual as it looks like the head of a Bull. It's an aquatic annual herb that grows in ponds or marshes. It is mainly cultivated in the China and India subcontinent. The nut of the plant is what is shown in the clip. To eat it you can either boil it or roast it just like normal chestnuts. Blue shirt girl pours the black claw shaped nuts in the white bowl into the boiling pot of water. Food, foil, kitchen, silver bracelet.
