Tang was at a ore-rush party at UCSC (UC Santa Cruz) and they were having an outdoor event in the backyard of one of the homes in the city. While they were partying the neighbor decided to come out with his baby and he held it up and the entire crowd of college students started yelling and cheering out baby.
