Raccoon had made it up the neighbor’s fire escape ladder mid day and old woman in pink shirt was out there with a rake trying to convince him to go down This saga went on for about 45 minutes until the raccoon left down the fire escape and walked along the fence to the other neighbor’s yard. I lost track of him then. Since this incident we have heard a raccoon screaming in the middle of the night through our cracked windows. If you’ve never heard a raccoon scream definitely look that up.
