I’ve worked in this retail space for over a year and had heard that it used to be a bank, but it wasn’t until a couple of maintenance guys removed some drywall for wiring a couple of weeks ago that we discovered a giant vault that had been boarded up when the building was bought by our company! We even found a McDonalds cup with markings underneath from 2005, this room had been hidden for nearly 20 years. I took it upon myself to outfit the space with my hammock for a world class napping spot on my lunch breaks lol! It reminded me of being a kid and always wishing there was a secret room in your house you had yet to discover, I hope you find it as amusing as I do 😁
