My AP Physics teacher demonstrated the real-life applications of our projectile equations/unit by having us calculate the time it would take for an egg to hit someone walking by when dropped from x height. She then showed us the realistic translation of our calculations by letting all of her classes drop eggs on her head from the top of the bleachers as she walked under them.
