Caterpillar hairy hatches egg on the fence
These caterpillars are known as Orgyia leucostigma or commonly named the white-marked tussock moth caterpillar. These may look cute and fluffy but be aware of not touching their white hair on their backs. allergic reaction that can involve an itchy rash. The Department of Health also said its hairs are barbed and can be hard to get out of the skin. These caterpillars comes around in spring normally
I was recording this Orgyia leucostigma with my iPhone 8 Plus camera, hatching from its egg and it’s the first time in my life I ever seen them hatch. This one was trying to eats way out and pushing. 
Not a lot of people mentioning this specific catipiller from other media’s and I do wanna share this as a awareness as well
