Are there such things as spy flies? Because I mightve just witnessed them in action! These flies had the strangest behavior - darting around in straight lines, sharply changing direction whenever they hit the invisible walls of what looked like their own confined airspace. I was training streetlifting (Calisthenics), going for a heavy 3-rep max dip with +110 kg. Just as I started the first rep, the dip bar snapped off the wall. I caught myself on my feet, but it slammed into my lip. Luckily, only minor bruises and a slightly sore toe!
