Teacher refuse student to sit in his table

Teacher with moustache wearing brown jacket tells his students that they are changing seats today. Students complain but he says that they can choose wherever they want. A student asked the teacher if he can sit in his table, teacher talks normally at first saying then refuses the student's idea shouting no.
