I'm a truck driver who streams his travels around the PNW. On Sunday March 27th at around 4am heading south on I5 I was traveling about 18seconds behind a car that had hit an elk and flipped their car. I instantly called 911 and raced out of my truck to help the 19 year old, and try and stop traffic coming down the hill from hitting him or the car. The kid was ok and was lucky to be alive. I'm hopping you can help share the story. I don't want a shout out or money. I just want more people to stop and help. No one stopped. everyone just drove by.
