Guy wearing sunglasses with white frame, black jacket and pants, acting like he is driving a car with hands on imaginary steering wheel while walking on foot on the road. As he approach and stops at the intersection, he says that he will activate his left turn his left signal on and he repeatedly jerks or flicks his butt to the left and filmer laughs at it. He continued until the lights turn green.
