Red bell pepper substitute for jalapeño poppers

I was sitting in my room eating jalapeño poppers when I took a bite and saw that there was a red bell pepper as a substitute. Turns out that the company that made them used any peppers that had when they ran out of jalapeños. Thought it was pretty funny.
