Cricket making chewing noise on submitters garage door

My friend heard a chewing noise in her garage. Us thinking its a rat or mouse. Friends hear chewing noise coming from the garage, so they opened the garage door to check, just to see it was a jerusalem cricket underneath the door and they accidentally killed it when they opened the door
