Electric bus charges on the bus station

On the way to the bus (electric) i noticed it was being charged by the roof. Then i see a wind indicator wich looks like a comoclalt small windwill. From my the outside, it looks like it being powered by it. I comment *Ah, so thats how it gets it power* in norwegian.
