    Fernando had gone down to the mail room of his apartment to check on his mail when the doors of the elevator opened and he saw an owner with their dog carrying a few boxes. He held the door for her and the owner went inside of the elevator. Unfortunately she missed her dog going into the elevator but luckily stopped it the floor above. Fernando noticed this and quickly rushed to the dog to try to free it from its harness. The dog is fine and the owner is extremely grateful! The next day management called Fernando to express their gratitude for saving the dog. Video owner has decided to not share the location for the safety of all involved.
