This video took place at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. It was Wednesday, September 15th in the afternoon. Alyssa was watching TV and noticed there was something outside her apartment window. At first she thought it was a dust storm but no alarms went off and she could see the smoke whirling around. She went to look out the window and realized it was a fire and evacuated with her roommate. Apparently some rubber mulch outside the building caught fire and it took a while for the fire to be taken out. It went as high as the 4th floor where she stays.
