    AFTERNOON NAP It’s a mystery, really, how humans can manage to not nap when there’s a perfectly good couch right here. But, I digress. Let me tell you about my nap. It started, as most naps do, with the couch. It’s a great couch—soft, spacious, and just the right amount of warmth. I strolled over to it, tail high, and jumped up like the elegant creature I am. My human was sitting on the floor, fiddling with her phone, but I had no time for that nonsense. I needed my space. I closed my eyes and let the soft hum of the room lull me to sleep. The human tried to pet me once—silly thing—but I gave her the look. Back to napping. No interruptions, just perfect peace.

    When youre a new aunt so your house is not properly equipped for a baby to sleep in and the only safe place is the closet. Caption:As the Harry Potter lovers we are.. and as iconic as Nic and Jackie are.. it feels like this was destined to happen. Before any internet bullies come AT me... allow me to clarity. 1. I was in there with him for half an hour. He loved it. He was very tired and enjoys quiet dark cool places. 2. I only have high beds and hard floors except in a room like this. Couldnt put him in a bed for obvious reasons. Couldnt put him on the floor surrounded by blankets that could suffocate him or objects that could fall on him. He normally sleeps in a pack and play but we didnt have it this time. (Update: I got one to keep at my house now!) 3. Right after this video, he got all happy and excited to be awake with everyone. He quite enjoyed his nap and is happy and healthy. I hope you can all appreciate the lighthearted and fun videos this is. Woman babysat her nephew who had slept inside the closet and had put the Harry Potter theme song over the video

    I didnt know that our 18 month old had skipped his nap earlier that day because I wasnt home at nap time. When I went to feed him dinner, I turned around and saw him falling asleep in his high chair. After he fell all the way asleep, I was able to remove his bib and clean him up with a damp cloth and put him in bed without his ever waking up.
