I see these two well dressed/semi dressed gentlemen last night as I’m walking home. I have seen a lot of strange things in New York City, but this is one of the weirdest. Joshua and his family had a small Quinceanera gathering in order to celebrate his sister Milagros. Due to the pandemic, they didn't have the chance to plan a formal party.
