Rockets nose cone popping off and burns

The nosecone of someones rocket pops off immediately after launch, causing the rocket to separate preemptively and launches some fiery debris at spectators. I unfortunately lowered my camera to stay safe, but the debris burned up mid-air so no one was hurt.
