Man approaches woman and asks her, "Why are you in a wheelchair when I saw you get out of your car and walk? This person walked out of their vehicle and assembled that wheelchair". The woman calmly answers, "I have nerve damage in one leg sir, I can walk." Man says fair enough while walking away. More context: "I got out of my car at a recreational dispensary and got my wheelchair out to avoid pain or injury from standing in the long line. I have nerve damage in one leg so long distances or long standing times are very difficult for me. I was hysterical inside the store afterwards. Karen calls cops on guy walking dog

This is the clip where I have encountered her the second time. She cursed at me while i was casually walking my dog. So i decided to take my camera out and film for my protection. She turned around and started acting like a victim then called the police on me. She told the police that i was stalking her and threatening her life.
