    After being blasted by a gust of wind carrying much debris (mostly papers and salt from the streets) I look up to see this plastic wrapped tree tumbling across Broadway and into the median. It stuck there long enough for me to get my camera open to record it completing its journey (for now) to the east side of the street, and noticed a baby tree tumbling as well. I couldn’t believe it! Well, actually, I could. It’s NYC afterall.

    both of us are photographers from Arizona here in Rhode Island for the weekend to shoot a wedding. on our off day we decided to visit cliff walk and check out the beach for shells and clams. when my friend stephanie picked up a clam that hadnt been opened yet, a seagull made a B line to come grab it for her and it scared the living crap out of me because Ive never interacted with a clam nor seagull before Friends at the beach were looking for seashells and found a clam, and there is a seagull that is approaching and is about to grab the clam, and submitter started screaming, scaring her friend as well
