Dog angry at owner because it cant bite her anymore

My 8 week old pitbull puppy was throwing a fit because I told her she couldn’t bite me. Black dog mad at owner in orange hair bonnet because she told it that she cant bite her anymore. He has his paws on her face and keeps whimpering.
