Phasmids stay still on the playground park

This Playground/Park (Towne Center Park, Sunnyvale Texas) is close to my home so I took my toddler here after picking him from daycare. My wife noticed this animal first handing by the kids slide. I don't know what it is so took a video of it. shot on Iphone 14 pro
