Apparently theres a full orchestra that rehearses in our building, at the corner meat market at 158 and Amsterdam; and they rehearse from 11:30 pm to 5:30 IN THE MORNING! Who knew we had the “Washington Heights Philharmonic”...let’s hope they are all vaccinated. Guy hears people practicing their instruments loudly at night.
