Possum getting arrested in the subway station. Animal control closed subway entrance to catch possum crawling on the stairs. Benjamin Klyachman, a 30-year-old physician from Manhattan, filmed this video on the N Train platform at the 59th Street station in Brooklyn. He was on his way to work when he encountered an unusual scene. As Benjamin arrived at the station, he noticed a crowd gathering and pointing at a large possum relaxing on the staircase. The area was blocked off to prevent anyone from disturbing the animal. Two police officers quickly arrived to handle the situation and attempted to capture the possum. The video shows the officers working to catch the possum, which took about 10 minutes. Benjamin had to leave to get to work, so he didn't see what happened to the possum after it was caught. He submitted two videos of the event, capturing this unexpected moment during his commute.
