Young girl receive lots of cards on table

So my little sister found out a few days ago that she has chrons disease and she had been at the hospital for over a week and her whole church youth group made her cards. Young girl walk to the table singing don't be suspicious and then see lots of cards or handmade letters on the table from friends.
