I'm a certified strength and conditioning coach, and I learned about a skeletal medical condition called "Winged Scapula". It's a condition in which a person's shoulder blades protrude from their back in an abnormal position (looking as if they have wings in their back). Since I read strength training is recommended, I invented this training for winged scapula (or scapular winging).
