Feet slowly turns color red from white

I have always had a bad blood circulation. My doctor told me it was because I had « Viking blood » basically, to avoid loosing heat, blood does not reach my extremities. I m not sure this is 100% true but it is kinda fun and I am almost never cold. The video was recorded in my room where the temperature was 21 degrees Celsius.
