Ragan was taking her dog out for a walk when all of a sudden she was attacked. She was on a leash and has never been attacked before. Ragan was familiar with the people so she stopped to say hello and did not think the possibility of my dog being attacked would happen. Her dog had minor injuries, just swelling and bruising from where the dog bite her. Ragan also suffered some injuries (bite mark on my finger & her knees were messed up). The last thing Ragan wants to mention is these two adults never paid her dog’s vet bill and they were trying to lie and say their dog never attacked my dog.
