I see these two well dressed/semi dressed gentlemen last night as I’m walking home. I have seen a lot of strange things in New York City, but this is one of the weirdest. Especially it being on fifth Avenue downtown, one of the nicest areas of Manhattan. Public humiliation? Not sure what this is. The video speaks for itself I’d say.
