Cop tells people to get off ice

People walking around on thin ice at Central Park pond until cops kicked them out. Can't see in video but the ice was VERY THIN and it was 40 degrees out, a few yards away it was just water. Girl walking at the park sees people skating on the frozen river. A cop tells the people to get off the ice.
