    Brown baby sloth lays inside a white blanket holding an orange fluffy toy next to window. During our trip in the Amazon, we went for a day to a rehabilitation center where they are rescuing monkeys from animal traffickings. People kill the mother to take the baby and use them as pets or for touristic purposes. This place has saved more than 800 monkeys and put them back in the wild. A few days ago, they welcomed this baby sloth. It is only 2 months old. They will have to take care of it for the next 3-4 years before releasing it in the wild

    Tyler recorded his girlfriend Michelle getting out of her car in the Taco Bell drive thru in Tampa, Florida to pick up a small black kitten that was in the drive thru. She opens the door to her car and picks up the stray cat and puts it into her car. Her boyfriend asks her what she is going to do with it now and she says she doesn't know. She closes her door and then continues to order food from the Taco Bell drive thru. She gets a black bean chalupa and ended up naming it Black Bean. She got home and called her friend who works for an animal rescue center and they were able to take Black Bean to find him some safer owners for it's future.

    In 2018, Joanna's parents adopted an 8 year old cat from a rescue center in the UK and named him Alan. Alan was a former stray and was found in bad shape. Soon after, Alan got better, but no one wanted to adopt him. Almost a year in the rescue center, Joanna's mom decided to bring him home. He's now living his dream in a big garden all to himself. His favorite way to pass time is to walk around the garden and down their stepping stone pathway carefully.

    Cassidy is a Marine Mammal Trainer at the Alaska SeaLife Center and works with Taku the seal. She took this video outside of regular training sessions when he was hanging out on his own time in their seal habitat. The Alaska SeaLife Center is a non-profit and the only public aquarium in the State of Alaska located in Seward, Alaska. Taku is one of 4 rings seals that call the Alaska SeaLife Center home. He was rescued at a young age and rehabilitated by the SeaLife Center. He was deemed non-releasable by NOAA and permanently lives at the SeaLife center now where he sees thousands of guests a year. In this video he was floating around in the water with his head poking out of the water.

    Lindsay's dog is deaf. her dog is an 11 year old rescue mutt that she adopted in 2009. At the time the animal shelter (The Mansfield Animal Center in Mansfield, Texas) guessed she was part Dalmatian and likely born deaf. Though she has huge ears she likes to make the action of barking without any noise coming out. This is something she'll do a lot at the door when she wants to get their attention to let her out.

    This is Jeanie (who happens to be on the cover of the Dogs Of Instagram book). She is a certified therapy dog who visits hospitals, nursing homes, schools ans veterans homes. She also works for a children’s advocacy center where she comforts children being questioned by forensic interviewers in abuse cases, even homicides. She’s trying to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. And that’s her sister, Pippa, who is not a therapy dog, but could quite possibly be the world’s fastest 3-legged dog. Both dogs have three legs and both are rescues.
