Collab WINY - Man rides the bike with one wheel

My wife and I were leaving a late dinner with friends when we happened to see this person riding a bicycle doing an extended wheelie. But then I noticed that he wasn’t riding this way by choice, his bike had with no front wheel. Seriously, what is New York!
