A laser shined on a diamond ring making the whole room shine red
Saw this on my way to work this morning, it was a ring of rainbow around the sun! Unfortunately, by the time I could stop safely and take a snap/clip, the outline of the rainbow has become faint as shown in the video
I recorded this ring around the moon a couple of nights ago, and was informed by my roommate it's kind of the equivalent of a night rainbow.
Filmed on November 26, 2024, at 3 pm. Temperature is -20°C. Submitter films an optical phenomenon where a ring of light around the sun called halo appears
This was super cool, the colors were more vivid in real life. It lasted for like half an hour or more.
Partner woke me at 12.01 to show me the moon with a clear ring around it Its called a Waxing Gibbous, and means rain or snow is coming
Circular rainbows are very rare to see On top of that multiple rainbows are even more rare In this footage there is a regular rainbow below a circular rainbow Which is an even rarer phenomenon

While working I decided to look up and saw this absolutely beautiful rainbow around the sun. I found it cool and maybe others will to ! Love the vids <3
A bright rainbow ring or halo around the sun on the sky.
No audio. These are newly born guppy fry, otherwise known as baby guppy fish. They are super tiny which is why I had a dime taped on the tank's glass to show the size difference. They are in an isolation box because the beta fish and adult guppies (Including the parents) can and will eat the babies. You can see the beta trying to get them in the background. The box gives them a safe isolated area of the fish tank. These baby guppies are only about a day old.
