Woman gets jump scared by employee

My family and I were approaching the Ripleys haunted adventure. Before it even started, I was waiting in line and the tour guide opened the door, and I immediately screamed. Scared me almost to death.!! The time I got jump scared before we even started the haunted house. Woman about to enter a haunted house, and got jump scared when a staff that would be giving them instructions goes out from the door and she screams
