My dramatic failed attempt at going over a bump while snowboarding on the last run down the mountain of the day. The clip isn't sped up or anything I just fell in such a strange way.

Headed from our friend’s private residence overlooking Deer Valley Ski resort to walk the dog and noticed these guys on the roof across the street. Went on a 20 min walk and came back they were still standing there. (I’ll send the longer minute clip separately) it went exactly like you’d think… full send! I was ripping through the woods, forgot I had my friends GoPro on, so I’m singing, and then I had a his wicked wipe out, and got a huge ovation from the people riding the chairlift above me. Video was recorded February 1st 2025 in Fernie BC
Wiped out and almost hit a tree and then both my skis popped off!
The mountain was closing down for the day and I had just passed the last big ramp. I decided to clump back up the mountain to hit the ramp and ended up not having near enough speed. Man skiing and jumped on a big snow ramp and ended up falling because he wasnt fast enough to be able to cross over completely

I went snowboarding on a powder day! Tried to brake after hitting that jump but it didn’t work 😂. I did not get injured, since there was so much powder! It felt like jumping in a pillow!
