A lady was walking up stairs on the subway when she come across the water coming down from the streets. I was leaving the subway and I was going up the stairs I noticed it was running. Ok. Whatever. Then I step into this giant river of water. If Kathy Hochul wants us to keep funding the MTA, can they install a drain or something? Or give every NYC citizen rain boots. It’s just ridiculous. Can the MTA do anything right? Why am I stepping into a giant puddle of water on stairs. It’s hazardous.
