It was about 130am on the L train from Manhattan into Brooklyn and we saw a man take a bump of some sketchy white substance. He then proceeded to take his shoes off, turn onto his tummy and put his feet in the face of the woman sitting next to him, who was passed out drunk and would wake up to scream at him to stop but then choose not to move out of the way.
