Missing parrot from zoo in tree

Rainier one of the 3 military macaws from the Roger Williams Park Zoo lost his way in the wind today and ended up in Julia's neighborhood and was in the tree and wiring outside. The zoo came and rescued the bird and took it back to the zoo.
