I have no idea how this occurred but this happened back in June. I guess it was just one big rain cloud that happened to be in the form of a vortex tornado.
I recorded a clip of vortex bubbles formation (using a GoPro) underwater while rafting in the Delaware River in Sparrow Bush, NY.

This is the first tornado in the county in at least ten years. It occurred on May 24, 2023 near Halleck, NV. We happened to be in the right place at the time.

I took this video in the Saxon Switzerland national park in Germany and it shows a naturally occuring foam tornado. A bubble foam is forming a circle much like forming a small but not deadly whirlpool tornado at the river national park.
